These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hookology platform, websites, APIs and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a data source or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Expand any section below for the full wording.

Governing law

England and Wales, exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Your data

You own all Customer Data. We hold a limited licence to run the Service for you.

AI outputs

Advisory only. Always subject to your review before you act on them.

Billing

Billed in advance, renews automatically, cancel any time before renewal.

Liability cap

Limited to fees paid in the previous twelve months, subject to law.

Notice of changes

At least 30 days for material changes to paid plans.
